We're sure you’ll love your FFS products, but if not, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply drop an email to info@ffs.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your FFS products and we’ll assist you with your return.

We are confident that your FFS razor will last you a lifetime. That’s why we’ve introduced our ‘Lifetime Handle Warranty’ policy! By purchasing an FFS razor, you are automatically activating your Lifetime Handle Warranty with us.

To request a new handle replacement, please send a photo of your handle to our team by emailing info@ffs.co.uk

What is covered:

  • Peeling handles (if you discover the coating is peeling, we will replace this for you)
  • Faulty elements (we will replace faulty clips, button and grips)

What is not covered:

  • Losing/misplacing the razor handle
  • New handle design replacement (e.g.: wanting a different colour)
  • Damage to the handle caused by neglect (e.g.: dropping the handle from a height)
  • Damage to the handle caused by modification (e.g.: not using FFS blades)
