A personalised beauty box is a curated selection of beauty and welness products tailored specifically to your preferences, needs, and skin/hair type. It's a customised subscription service where you receive a box of beauty goodies chosen just for you.
Our subscriptions take all of the fuss out of shaving. Never run out of blades or beauty essentials again, with products delivered straight through your letterbox at a frequency that suits you.
Plus, at FFS we're more than just a subscription - we treat our members with exclusive offers and launches, free gifts, discounts from similar brands we think you'll love, plus there's the opportunity to save money on future deliveries with our referral scheme.
You'll fill out a quick questionnaire about your skin and hair type, concerns, preferences, and beauty routine. Based on your responses, our machine, designed by experts, curate a selection of products that best suit your individual needs and preferences.
Your beauty box may include a variety of shaving, wellness, haircare and skincare products. The specific products will be chosen based on your profile and preferences.
You can easily manage your subscription in our customer portal with many options to choose from, just visit ffs.co.uk/account. You can add in new products as you wish from here.
Or you can change your beauty box by contacting our customer service team at cancel@ffs.co.uk.
After your carefully selected beauty box has been created you can add more products from our recommendations, as well as remove products you don't want.
Your order will be packed and dispatched the next working day from when you place your order and can take 3-5 working days to arrive. If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 days of placing your order please contact us so we can track your order.
You can easily manage your subscription in our customer portal with many options to choose from, just visit ffs.co.uk/account. You can request to skip or delay your next order if you don't need your refill yet. You can change your subscription frequency to suit your needs. And you can reschedule your next charge date to a day that works for you. Remember you're in control.

For recurring deliveries you will be charged the amount specified on checkout. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime via our Member Portal. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Subject to availability and while stocks last.
